April was a long awaited month for the Kirby family as we officially welcomed our new fur baby, Daisy! She has already brought us so much joy as a family and is being the best coworker to me and Stacy at the studio and on site visits!

We also wrapped up ski season and launched full send into Spring sports. The kids are both playing lacrosse and running cross country. Crawford is playing baseball and Lennon is on the swim team. So we are BUSY BUSY per usual.

We finally “broke ground” on a bathroom remodel 1 year in the making, and are looking forward to wrapping it up at the end of this month. Keep an eye out for the Project No. 31 reveal in June!
We continued to make progress on our other projects, including selecting furnishings for Project No. 1360 and putting some finishing touches on Project No. 11.
We started a new project with a commercial client, outfitting a spec unit in a condo building and also designing the lobby areas for the same building. We are in the final phases of design on that project and are excited to start seeing it come together!

book club update
I am on a 65+ reading streak on my Kindle and I only have Sarah Maas to thank. I finished the Throne of Glass series and promptly moved on to the Crescent City series. I’m 80% through book 1 and highly recommend. Honestly, do yourself a favor and read everything by this author. It’s worth it.
