Whether it was their love for quirky old houses or the amazing opportunity to own 6 acres of beautiful farmland in this coastal Maine town, these homeowners couldn’t help but fall in love with the property now known as Project No. 72. What seemed simple enough at first blush (an updated kitchen and primary bath), quickly morphed into a bigger project of supporting load bearing walls and leveling floors. In the end, however, the team at Summit Builders knocked it out of the park as always and we are left drooling over every gorgeous detail.
